Partners have now finalized the adaption and translation of the COPE Practice resilience Open Educational Resources (OERs) as well as developing an APP to support online training and self-learning. The app can be downloaded in Play Store and other APP stores under the name Happiness accelerator app. The Practice Resilience OERs were developed based upon the Teach Resilience training guide and include 5-6 daily exercises for each of the 5-modules developed.

Online pilot training will take place in February and March 2023 in Bulgaria, Spain and Iceland where participants will practice resilience exercises daily for 5 weeks starting with prioritizing their health moving onto social and emotional learning, coping, self-efficacy and finally practicing optimism and self-compassion.

As a follow up from the Practice Resilience training partners are developing an empowerment kit for local learning centres to enable adults of all ages to learn key competencies necessary to enhance resilience in the face of change and uncertainty.
